How do I report a problem with the earning process?

You can report a bug in the Hivello app. For faster and smoother investigation, please indicate your email address and your device’s operating system. Alternatively, you can email us at [e-mail] or fill in this form on our website: https://www.hivello.com/contact. 

Please note that the Gross earnings displayed on the "Dashboard" are estimates excluding the deduction of fees that are depending on external factors such as the installed networks' policies, gas/transaction fee deductions or conversion rates. Please be aware that because of these components, the issued payouts are not going to equal the estimated earnings displayed on the dashboard. 

Once the withdrawals to your bank account are available, please double-check that your bank account details are accurate to ensure you receive your payments. We cannot be held responsible for payments sent to incorrect bank account details.
