Is it possible that my device or my operating system is not compatible with the app?

To get started, you will need to make sure that you meet our current systems requirements: 

• Windows device: OS: Windows 10 or later, CPU: 1 core, RAM: 1GB, DISK: 500MB free disk space
• MacOS: OS: MacOS Sonoma or later, CPU: 1 core, RAM: 1GB, DISK: 500MB free disk space
• Linux:OS: Ubuntu, CPU: 1 core, RAM: 1GB, DISK: 500MB free disk space.

If your device doesn’t meet with the OS, CPU, RAM or disk prerequisites, you won’t be able to run the application right now but we suggest to keep up-to-date with our new releases.
